Universal Plumbing & Heating Co. is a drug-free workplace. The drug-free workplace program consists of pre-employment and random drug testing. Universal Plumbing & Heating Co. has an O.S.H.E.S. approved safety program and every employee receives constant training and continued education.

Rich Kerzetski:

Rich graduated from Newark College of Engineering with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Rich has been a third year instructor in a state-approved apprentice program for over eight years and is one of ten contractors working on a standard text to be used for apprentice training nationwide. 

Rich has received many acknowledgments and awards during his nearly 30 years in the industry, but no award is greater then the three children he and Karen share, Brian, Sara, and David.

Rich and Karen are proud of Universal Plumbing & Heating Co. and of all the hard-working employees that have helped to make it a success.
